From meaty meats to
fresh fruits, green and leafy vegetables are the best. Vegetables are good for
the health, safe and harmless. There is nothing to worry about if ever they are
served. Vegetables are healthy to eat, it contains vitamins that our body
needs. Vegetables should be cooked and eaten while they are fresh and new for
us to avoid the spoilage of it.
Not only old peoples
should eat it, it’s for everyone’s appetite. Kids should eat vegetables now
that they are still at young age for their body to grow healthy, not just
physically but also mentally. Eat vegetable daily and make it a habit eating
healthy foods. Start taking care of your health while you’re still young,
remember a good start leads you to better tomorrow.
Veggies should be served
every single day and become a part of everyone’s diet. Be a vegetarian and
you’ll grow physically fit, mentally alert and generally become healthy. Go for
green, avoid fats, and avoid meats and oily foods, if you want to lengthen the
span of your life eat and pick green leafy and fresh vegetables for your daily
